We’re delighted to announce that our showrooms in Halifax and Ilkley will be back open from Monday 15th June.
The health and safety of our customers when visiting our store has always been our top priority, so we’ve been busy behind the scenes to make sure we continue to provide a safe and enjoyable experience when you visit either of our showrooms.
For your peace of mind, please read the following information we’ve put together to demonstrate the measures we’ve put in place.
We are limiting the number of customers in our stores at any one time. This may mean that there are queues at times, so to avoid disappointment you can use our appointment service.
We’ve slightly altered the layouts of our stores slightly to allow for distancing between people in store.
We have hand sanitising stations in the entrance to our stores which all our customers are encouraged to use when entering and leaving our stores.
We will individually clean each item in between every consultation with professional-grade cleaning products.
We have implemented an appointment booking system, to avoid unnecessary waiting times if you're planning to come and see us. We are still able to see people without an appointment, but as we anticipate we'll be very busy, you may have to wait so we encourage bookings.

We offer a click and collect service for most items, so you can shop from the comfort of your own home. You can browse our huge range of products online, and simply select 'collect from showroom' at checkout. We can then arrange a convenient time for you to collect your item. Standard delivery is also still available too.
Our workshop will be reopening on Monday 15th June as well. If you previously left your item with us for repair or service, we will be reviewing these as a priority. Please wait for us to get in touch with you to arrange collection. If you would like to drop an item off for repair or service, you can book an appointment to do so.
