We send all online order items out to customers via Royal Mail Delivery within the UK. Deliveries can take up to 3 working days.
For next day delivery please contact one of our stores or add the comment when placing the order.
At Lister Horsfall we pride ourselves on providing you with exceptional customer service, so should you wish to return your online purchase to us we offer a 14-day full refund or exchange, and two ways in which you can return it.
Please note that should the item be ordered online and then collected in store, the 14 day returns policy does not apply.
Returns to store
Please return your items to either our Halifax or Ilkley store. Our team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns by post
To request a return, please email email@example.com to obtain a returns reference number.
All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form. Please address your package to:

Please note that we recommend that goods returned to us are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery. Please note that the customer is fully responsible for the goods until it reaches Lister Horsfall, therefore we highly recommend insurance for returning items.
