Lister Horsfall jewellers were established in 1902 by Lister Horsfall. Known then as the Little diamond shop positioned in the centre of Halifax, the position we still hold today.Lister Horsfall had three sons all of which joined the family business and continued to build on their strong and trustworthy reputation.
In the 1970's Richard Horsfall took over the business from his father Walter. Motivated and experienced he has driven the business forward over the last 30 years taking on famous brands such as Rolex, Breitling and Tag Heuer to name a few. Richard opened the shop in Ilkley in the late 1970's and has been able to create another shop with a great repertoire of brands, and has a reputation for finding unique and different pieces, which we source from, round the world.
The Business is now entering its fourth generation with Nick Horsfall entering the business 2001. Now based in the Halifax shop he is keen to uphold family values of service and trust, and allow people the individual experience that can only be had in truly independent jewellers.
